A QR tag on every piece.
Print the labels from GearCorral. Each one carries a QR code, the item's own code, its number and size. Coaches put them on once, and the tag stays with the gear for its whole life.
Jerseys and warm-ups
Heat press or iron a custom label onto each jersey. Send the DTF gang sheet GearCorral makes to a transfer shop, or print iron-on transfer sheets at home.
Helmets, pads and bags
Print QR stickers on Avery 5160 sheets and stick one on each helmet, shoulder pad set, bag or ball cart.
Then scan
Coaches scan a tag with a phone to hand gear out and check it back in. Anyone who finds a lost jersey can scan it too and see where to return it.
Who owes what
Each team's obligations list is a printable page for the front office: athlete names, the items past due or lost, and the dollars owed at replacement cost. Use it for fines or to clear athletes at the end of the season.
Budget and ordering
The replacement forecast shows what each team will need to replace in each of the next five years, from every item's purchase year and cost. Bring it to the booster meeting.
Before the season, Sizes needed compares what athletes asked for with what's on hand. The inventory filters by type, size and condition.
Football helmets: each helmet can carry a recertification date. The team dashboard flags the ones due in the next 30 days and any that are overdue.

$499 a year covers every team at your school: fall, winter and spring. It runs 12 months from the day it starts. Renews each year; we send a reminder (or an invoice for PO schools) 30 days before. Per team it's $79 a season, so the pass is cheaper once you have 7 or more teams.
