What's a season?

6 months from when you start it. Cross country and track can use the same gear, so each season is $79. The School Pass covers every season.

How long does the School Pass last?

12 months from the day it starts, covering every season in it: fall, winter and spring. Renews each year; we send a reminder (or an invoice for PO schools) 30 days before.

What does the School Pass cover?

Every team at your school, for $499 a year. One person pays and all your coaches use it. Cheaper than paying per team once you have more than a couple.

Can the school pay by invoice or PO?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we send an invoice your front office can pay by check or PO.

What happens after Dec 31?

Start any time by Dec 31 and your team is free through February. From March 1, 2027 it's $79 per team per season, or $499 for the School Pass that covers every team in your school. If a team isn't paid up, it goes read-only: you can still look up gear and check it back in. A renew page lets you pick it back up whenever you are ready. Nothing is deleted.
