Gear checkout for any team, not just the ones on the list

Your sport isn't on the list? That's fine. GearCorral works for any team and any gear you hand out: tennis, golf, swim, cheer, band, robotics, theater costumes, team iPads or bags.

Start by Dec 31. Free through Feb 28, 2027. No app to install.

What you can track

  • Uniforms, warm-ups and costumes
  • Band jackets, cheer outfits and swim parkas
  • Team iPads, laptops and robotics kits
  • Bags, rackets and anything else with a number or a size

Where it goes wrong

  • The spreadsheet is a tab per season and nobody trusts it.
  • Gear goes home in a bag and never comes back.
  • Nobody remembers who has the last medium.
  • Seniors graduate with a costume or an iPad still at home.
  • Replacement costs come out of next year's budget.

How GearCorral keeps it straight

Start from the Custom template

Create your team, pick Custom, and add your own item types: a cheer uniform, a band jacket, a team iPad. Set the sizes and the replacement cost for each.

Returnable, keep or counted

Mark a type Returnable if it comes back, Keep if the athlete keeps it, or Counted if you only track how many are out in each size.

The same labels and scanner

Print a QR label for each piece, scan gear out to an athlete with a phone and scan it back in at turn-in. Counted types skip the labels.

Family emails and Still out

Families get a receipt when you send it. Still out lists everything that hasn't come back, with a name and a replacement cost.

Free through Feb 28, 2027. Then $79 per team per season, or $499 a year for every team in your school. See pricing

Questions coaches ask

Does GearCorral work for a sport that isn't on your list?

Yes. The sport pages are examples of what teams hand out. Start a team, pick the Custom template and add your own item types. Everything else works the same.

Can I track things that aren't uniforms?

Yes. Any gear you hand out works, from band jackets and theater costumes to team iPads and bags. Mark each type as returnable, keep or counted.

Is there a template for my sport?

Custom is the template for anything not on the list. It starts empty and you add the types you hand out.
