What track & field teams hand out
- Singlets
- Shorts or briefs
- Warm-up jackets and pants (optional)
- Team bags and T-shirts (optional)
The track & field template adds singlet and shorts/briefs in one tap, with warm-up jacket, warm-up pants, team bag, and team T-shirt as optional extras. Add anything else as its own type.
Where it goes wrong
- Kids swap sizes in the first week and the spreadsheet never catches up.
- An athlete quits in week three and keeps the warm-up jacket.
- Singlets get left in cars and gym bags after meets.
- Seniors graduate with their uniforms.
- Every missing singlet and warm-up comes out of next year's budget.

Stage bags ahead
Scan gear into each athlete's bag before issue day, then hand over the whole bag at once.
Round up strays
Open Still out and tap Email reminders. Each family gets a list of what they still have.
Free through Feb 28, 2027. Then $79 per team per season, or $499 a year for every team in your school. See pricing
